IJVHE ELLIOT ROAD BOARD (be'ng the local authority) gives public notice that it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan under the provisions of ''The Local Bodies' Loans A':i. 1908," the sum of One Thousand Poun-Js at £3'/, per centum interest per annum for a period of forty-one years (at the expiration of which period the liability of the Elliot Road District in respect of such loan shall cease without further payment), applicable in the following sums for the following purposes:— (1) £2OO for the purpose of forming, kerbing, and nietaliiug the fo-.tpalh and constructing requisite channelling for a length of 41 Vs chains (more or along the northern side of t : u Elliot Road from Cut field Ro.ijJ, to the western boundary a\ tjoleville.
