Ordisli £2Ol damages alleged to have been caused by a -bush lire during the late The claim was afterwards reduced"by £m. The Magistrate held that plaintill was obliged to prove that the fire lit 'by defendant on February 0 was responsible for the damage done on March 1. He had only proved that a lire raging on the Hats was responsible for the damage, and liad not shown where it originated. Plaintiff was non-suited and ordeicd to pay £2O 3s costs.
