Whangarci, Last Xiglit. | The following bands 'have entered for the contest in connection with the Whangarci carnival, which takes place on December 30 nnd 31, and January Ist and 2nd:—First Battalion (Auckland), Second Battalion (Thames), Waihi Federal, Hnuraki, Hamilton, llarton, Cambridge, Oneimnga, Whangarci, and Suva (I'iji). Jlr. T. Russell (Queens- i land) will act as judge. This choice of nil outsider meets with the approval of all the competing bands.
