! WIN FOR BRITAIN. London, October 16. Tile British balloon Batisbee won the Gordon Bennett race. German and British warship* arc. searching the North Sea for missing balloons. A MISSING BALLOON PICKED CP. Received 18, 4.20 p.m. Burlin, Uetober 17. The Phmen, one of tlie missing German lialloons, was rescued in the North Sea. Its omipunts were iu a pitiable condition. It is feared that thv Het-gc-sell, the other balloon, has been lost.
