Salter; seen*I'lS'" ■" ov ". v ' was resolveil, "that in view of the confusion existing as to what constitutes a challenge class, the class be defined simply as the first 'prize-winner in every class there to be judged again in the ring after the ordinary class competitions, and a challenge certificate to be issued by the New Zealand Kennel Club for any challenge won." It w;ts also decided to recommend that challenge classes of each breed ho allotted each year.
