CHARGE OF CORRUPTION. London, October 4. I Renter's agent in New York reports that the Democrats accuse well-known Republicans including relations of President Roosevelt and Mr W. H. Taft, Republican candidate for the Presidency, of being interested in a syndicate which purchased for -2,500,000 dollars the Panama Canal Company's stocks and bonds, knowing that the United States Government would purchase them for 40,000,000 dollars.
