'fittoni, j ta ] iall Minister for Foreign Affair., had a cordial interview at Dossio, near Milan It is semi-oflicially declared that tile relations of Italy and Russia have become more intimate than Ui-ev ihad been for a long time. There is complete identity m their views on the special interests of the two nations. 171 consequence of this discussion Russia and Italy will be able to exercise a harmonising influence in the peaceful development of the international situation
