lIJU.S. Gibraltar has arrived lrere. The trouble about the gunsiglits was the result of a malicious net of one. ot the seamen, who has confessed to it. The Gibralter had left Aden and was .steaming down the Arabian Sea in a strong monsoon when one night the gunsiglits were found lo be missing.
