The Wellington Lugby Union is lo take the company's lease and all its asset, except books'of accounts. The lease is for 113 years in terms of 21 years ■each, the first oft which has nearly expired. The paid-tip capital of the company is stated in the hist balasicc-sho'et at £2337.
