A HORRIBLE POSITION. ~' St. I'etersburg, September 24. tiieie has been a serious increase of t'holera at St. Petersburg, largely duo to the gravediggers' strike. People insist on aecompaaviiijj aad sometimes throwing their amis around the coffins. The highways mo being scoured to. obtain diggers to bury the numerous corpses, the military authorities will not allow the soldiers to be employed at this work. * J
