By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, September 21. E. Ct. Mason "was sentenced to 11' years' imprisonment for committing an unnatural offence at W'oodville. The Judge stated that this was the worst case of the kind he had ever heard of. Napier, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, in the case of James Yiekers, charged with unlawful conversion of moneys at W'aii'oa, the jury, by the direction of Mr. Justice Chapman, returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged. Joseph Moran, alias Reynolds, was found Hiiilly °f " 101 ' °f money ra a hotel in Napier, and sentence was deferred.
