Tile open championship was won by Clements (AYangamii), a professional, with Mri, Hood (Oninaru) being second with :t3t>, R. ,1. Smith (■Otago) third with 337, and Herd (Wellington), a professional, lourth with USS.
| The inter-club challenge vase conipc- , Utioa was won by Otago No. 1 with I :i:«l points, Christchure'li" No. .1 being : second with 335.
