By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Saturday. Jollm Butler was charged at "the Magistrate's Court to-day with causfag actual bodily harm to Anton Larsen. Accused was remanded until Wednesday. The police stated that Butler assaulted Larsen with an axe, and as the wound was of a serious nature, tho authorities could not say what the result would be.
