Lord Kitchener is a robust animal and well s uited for the stud. A line chestnut in color, lie is possessed of a beautiful even conformation not often mot with. ]i L . is built on sturdy lines, and lias great quality of bone and splendid feet. As ;i sire for producing good roadsters and fast light harness horses Lord Kitchener has much to commend him. As a show-ring animal this hackney has a well-merited record. Lord Kitchener is in his usual good condition, although lie has wintered in the paddock. This augurs well for his constitution, a most important point to the breeder when selecting a stallion for stud purposes.
