SEAMEN'S HK.SHNXiME.NT. Received IS, 10.35 p.m. London, September IS. The disaffection aboard a cruiser, muntioned in yesterday's cable, refers to the cruiser Cibralter. The men, resenting apparently unnecessary duty, destroyed .1500 worth of gunsights. When the cruiser reached Trienboinli Admiral "W'anenih'r stopped all leave, closed the canteen, and prohibited smoking until the culprits were discovered.
