SOCIALISTS' CONGRESS.
A FIERCE DEBATE. Berlin, September 17. A fierce debate is proceeding at the Socialist Congress at Nuremburg on the resolution of the executive blaming the socialists in the South German Diets for voting for the budgets of their States. The representatives of these States are opposing the resolution and fightin# Hcrr Bebel, the leader of the Party. I hey threaten that if the controversy is made the subject of a- trial of strength they will "allow things to take their course."
