There mere about twenty-live shareholders present. The election of directors resulted in live gentlemen being nominated, tho ballot resulting as foi lows:—T. Blair 17, T. IS. Orr. 13, \V. 11. Jones !), W. C. Clement S, and A. 1). Walker 5; .Messrs. lilair and Orr, tiie retiring directors, being declared elected. At the extraordinary cling held immediately after, the consideration of Lie. motion of Mr. T. E. Colman, that the factory register under the Co-operative Dairy Companies Act, 11107, was, on the motion of -Mr. Josopli Thomas, deferred for one month. At the meeting of directors held subsequently .Mr. W. Morion was unanimously re-elected chairman.— Post.
