Kltha'm and district are now the scene of much political turmoil. Three of the candidates for the new Rgmont scat have been holding meetings for some little time past, and now .Mr. C. A. Wilkinson is timed to open his campaign oil Monday next at Dltbam. The date of Mr. (!. W. Taylor's debut is not yet announced.
