Following is Captain Kdwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:— Strong winds to gale from the north-west, changing towards the west- and southwest are probable at all places northward of Napier and Wanganm, lint from the south-east, to southward, thence to Timaru and Queenstown, and from between north-east and south-east elsewhere. Earn is probable everyyhere, with falling barometer.
