CIIAKGE AGAINST GERMAN COLONISTS. Vienna, September 15. At the Americanist Congress w'iich is sitting at Vienna, Professor Iritsch charged the German colonists of South. Brazil with brutal treatment of the Indians. The natives, he said, complained that the Germans sold thein and their children into slavery. The Congress declined to receive n petition from Brazil, regarding the matter as political.
