Following is Captain Edwin's weatlier forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:—Wester-ly winds, strong to gale, are protaV.e in all parts south of East Cape, Taupo, and Raglan; and strong westerly winds elsewhere. Weather generally is unsettled, and rain is probable, with a failing barometer south of New Plyoiouti and Napier.
