BRITISH POWER. Constantinople, September 8. Hie Young Turkish Party hesitate* to arrest l'anitza, who assassinated tilt three Bulgarians, Boris, Saravoff, And Gnrvanoff in December last. The wisdom of the British Government in declining to withdraw its offlccrs is widely commented upon as being justified inasmuch as the Yotrag Turks' indecision may lead to a renewal of bloodshed in Eastern Macedonia.
