Cardinal Moran's coadjutors, the Archbishops of Hobart and Melbourne, and the Bishops of Auckland and Ballarat, have arrived to .participate in thu Eucharislit- Congress. Cardinal Vannutelli, the Papal delegate, in ail interview published in the Times, declares that the Congress is especially important; firstly, because London, as the centre of such a great, inlluentiat empire, is likely to attract great numbers from all parts; secondly, holding it here is a direct palpable proof of the system of liberty that the British enjoy in exercising their opinions.
