I IMPENDING STRIKE. London, September 3. The spinners employed in the cotton mills at llolton took' a vote on the mieslion of accepting the proposed reduction of 5 per cent, in wages. There was an ovorw'helmin'g majority again# 1 # acquiescing in this reduction. .-
