Willis, formerly member for Wanganui, whose death occurred a few days ago. The third reading of the Town Boards Amendment Bill was taken and the Bill passed. POLICE OFFENCES BILL. The Police Oiienccs Act Amendment Bill was read a third time and passed. The .Second Ballot Bill was taken in committee (reported elsewhere).
