DEMOCRATS' OBJECTIONS. Received 2, 11.20 p.ni. Berlin, September 2. A so-called Democratic Congress at Stuttgart, by 230 to 100 votes, described the South German Social Democrats' acceptance of the Budget as a violation of toe resolution of nhe party's congress.
