CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY.
18,000 POOR PEOPLE DEFRAUDED. Received 2, 1.5 a.m. London, September •■ Harry Benson, otherwise Bebro, nnancial agent, and George Petty .Bond, broker, have been remanded on a charge of conspiracy to defraud in connection wi!'.i the International Securities Corporation and Feltnam's Bank, -whereof they were lately airectors.
Both concerns arc in liquidation. The prosecution alleged that 18,000 poor people hare been defraded by the securities Of tbe Corporation and 500 by the Bank.
