ARMY AND NAVY ESTIMATES REDUCED. London, August 30. Reuter's agent at .Tokio states that uhe Japanese Government has decided to curtail its expenditure by £20,000,000 sterling, taking 30 per cent. ofF the Army estimates and 10 per cent. off the Navy estimates.
