TEACHERS' APPEAL COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Danncvirke, Last Night. There was a sitting of the Teachers' Court of Appeal at Dannavirke to-day before Mr. Riddle, S.M., and Messrs. White (for the teachers) aiid McLean/ (for the Board). The case was one which \V. MeClure, master of the Kiritakf school, appealed against the action of the Board in transferring him from Kiritaki school and offering him relief work. A great quantity of evidence was taken for the appellant, and showed that dissatisfaction long standing with the committee and reports on the school were not what the committee! wished. It was also shown that friction bulween the master and mistress* existed. Hoc master also failed to live in the school residence. Mr. foster, master of the Mount Cook school, Wellington, conducted the case for the .Tcaohws' Institute.
