52 DROWNED. Received 30, 4.20 p.m. Singapore, August 20. The steamer Duncan, bound from Karatsu to Singapore, capsized in a typhoon off the t'oto Islands, Only "the third mate and engineer were saved out of a crew of 13 whites and 41 Lascars.
