WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Last Night. In Chambers yesterday, before Mr. Justice Cooper, a nolle prosequi was entered by the Crown in respect of 'Uie, ease of Wallace Herbert Stewart, who was recently tried in the Supreme Court a second time on the same charge of forgery. The jury, it wi)3 t be remembered, disagreed last week. The action will thus go no turtiher.
