, BLOODHOUNDS ON THE TRaCK. London, August 27. lAt the inquest concerning the death of Mrs Luard, who was murdered at Sevenoaks, Major-General Luard gave a dramatic account of the finding of tog wife's remains. The evidence threw, no fresh light on the case. Detective officers from Scotland Yard are engaged in the case. They aip" searching for a small revolver such as must have been used for the shooting. !lhe police are employing bloodhounds to search for the murderer. There is liWe prospect of success, a" fall of rain having Spoiled the scent. THE COURSE OF THE MURDERER. Received 28, 11 p.m. * London, August 28. _ The bloodhounds employed in connection with the Luard case twice followed ft course which suggested that the murderer escaped along the Tonbridge road. [
