A FRENCH COM PAN i HEAVILY] FINED. alleged complicity in a revolution. Received 28, 0.15 p.m. Caracas, August 28. The Civil Court at Caracas has mulcted the French Cable Company in five million dollars' damage, besides a further amount to be assosswd hereafter, for complicity in Mattos* revolution. The decision is a repetition of that against the New York and Bermudez Asphalt Company of last year.
