'.Mills & Sparronv, of date 17/7/08: Butter.—Danish: Again we have to report an advance of throe kroners. Siberian: Heavy arrivals are to hand this week, nearly 24.000 casks. Quality is as a whole good and the prices low in comparison with Danish, so that there hits lieen a good clearance, a tew going into cold store. Pmicli: Quality showan improvement over last week and prices are firm, liolh in French markets and here. Irish:' Here we have to report an improvement in quality, and butters ai'e arriving in much better order and condition. Prices are a shade better than last week, but there is no material cliaiiL'e. Australian: The few Queens land Shipments per Militiades ami Or-i----tava landed in perfect order and condition. and are lirmly held for lull rates. New Zealand: The butters lonic have cleared at quotations, and have pleased all round. One or two of the brands opened np particularly tine as to flavour, and we think buyers will bo keen to get hold of the Turakina shipment due <m the 23ril.
