40 I'ASSEiNIUERS DKOWiNJfI). Keceived 24, 10.25 p.m. London, August 24 Advices from Bergen state that the Norwegian steamer h'olgefonden ha* been stranded at Skaanuvik, and sank in three minutes. Of 83 passengers, it is feared 40 Have been drowned. JJifteen bodies liavu been recovered.
