The secretary was instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the trades councils, trades unions and labor organisations of the Dominion, urging them to pass the resolution and forward it to the Minister for Labor, and to the local members of Parliament. Jt was decided to issuo a petition, and to canvass for! signatures from one end of the Dominion to the other, asking tire immediate withdrawal of .Air. Justice Simfrom the Court bench. It was resolved to invite trades councils, trades unions, and labor and progressive organisations to support the petition.
