ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A LEGISLATORS FALL. , By Telegraph.- -Press Ansoeiation. Wellington, Last NigHiit. The Hon. Mr. Sinclair, M.L.0., Dunediu, met with an accident on a tramcar to-night. He was about to alight in front oj the- Uovennueut offices, Lambton Quay, when he either slipped or fell and sustained cuts about his head. He was removed to this lodgings, and beyond the injuries mentioned suffers no ill effects. A MAORI'S DEATH. Wellington, Last Night. Rangihuatau Ilori Tamakiterangi, of Tie'kc, Wanganui river, who came to Wellington a fortnight ago, died at the Strand Cafe last night. An inquest was held to-day, when it was shown that death was duo to pneumonia. BURNED TO DEATH,
Napier, Friday. Clara Foul, an old age pensioner, was burned to death this morarng in tlie cott-n'go where she was- living alone. The flames had obtained a strong hold when the outbreak was discovered, and on till© fire being subdued, the charred remains of the woman were found. ACCIDENT ON BOARD SHIP.
Gisborne, Friday. George Lambert, wliilsO working on the cargo steamer Indradcvi, fell down the hatch to a depth of 30 feet and sustained -severe injuries.
