About 40 shareholders ami suppliers intended, Mr. Thomas J'oreniaii, chairman of directors, being in the chair. Th,, aiinual report slated that last season, for the lirst time in the history of the. company, there had been a decreased output of the pi'mlucl, due solely to the harsh spring and to the dry weather experienced during February and March of this year. The lollowing 1007-8 statistics were attached to the report, the 1000-7 figures beingshown in parentheses:—Milk received. 14, 301,2(11 lbs.
