A. Fletcher applied for exemption from residence ou section 4, liloek 8. Aria, until next summer. Resolved that the Hoard would postpone the condition for six months upon the understanding that it was tinal. The application of W.-.(ones to convert the tenure of suction i>. block !i, Xgatimaru, to freehold was approved. \\. G. Allington asked that section 4, block 5, Pouatu, lie forfeited, as it was too small and rough for occupation by itself.—Agreed to.
