ARBITRATION COURT
By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Duncdm, Last Night. At the Arbitration Court to-day, the dispute between the Taratu Coal Co. and t'he miners was heard. A conference was held a few mouths ago, when most, of the clauses in dispute were setIbid, the remainder being brought before - the Court. The clauses unsettled wore—Shift wages, weighing coal, tonnage rate, steiitons pilkus, cross-cut headings, head coal, trucking and truckers' wages. After bearing evidence, the Court reserved its decision.
The Allandale dispute will be heard to-morrow.
