A meeting of the ladies' Committee of the Hospital Ball was held yesterday afternoon at the Town Hall, some twenty ladies being present. Mrs. Dockrill presided. A great deal of enthusiasm was shown. The committee decided that as the proceeds of the ball were to be devoted to such a worthy cause, the supper be solicited gratuitously. Tickets have been distributed, and ale obtainable from memlrers of the committee. Judging by the keen I interest evinced, the forthcoming ball .bids fair to elipse any of its predecessors.
