iNOKTU TARAXAkI Llll). The Xorth Taranaki Hunt Uuli held a meet at the Kennies, IJell iiloek, on Thursday. There was a largo muster, and a good day's snort was enjoyed. The hounds drove from cover several hares. These provided excellent runs, one of which resulted in a kill. Among thoso mounted were -Mrs. Webb, Mrs. Crozier on (ilea, Misses .Street (2), Mrs. Monteliorc, Miss Smellie, Mossts. A. il. Halcombe, deputy-master, on Tcss, A. H. Street, whip, on a black horse, I*. Sole, huntsman, on lionganui, W,. Stanley on Egmont, W. IJoulton on Alpine, Cats Sole, l'arker, N. Jlcwlcy, J. ODriseoll oji I'haros, I'. Jones on Kagatelle. tuiil others. At the conclusion of the hunt Messrs Bishop Jiros. hospitably entertained the mvmbers. A bye-meet will be held On Monday.
