A DEPARTED STATESMAN.
THE LATE MR. SEDDON. MEMORIAL IN ST, PAUL'S. Received 14, 9.5 p.m. London, August 14. The authorities of Saint Paul's Cathedral will allow the erection of a memorial to the late Richard John Seddon next that of Sir George Grey's. Frampton, the sculptor, has been commissioned to execute the memorial.
