. ENGLISH DOOTOK IN MOROCCO. Received 13, 10 p.m. Tangier, August 13. An English doctor travelling! from Tangier to Fez, after witnessing a fight between the Benaouda and Ermique tribes, and against the advice of two of Maghzen's soldiers, entered the territory of the Ermique, who captured and accused him of commanding some of the j Benaoudane. Criers immediately proclaimed a Holy War, and excited the tribesmen, who tortured the doctor to death.
