Mr. nnd Mrs. Albert Mnllinson arrived ■'» >fcw Plymouth Inst night, and are laying at the White Hart Hotel. . •Mr. J. Sidford, organist at St. Andrew's Church, Palmerston North, is on a visit to New Plymouth. The death of the Hon. H. Feldwicl; removes another of the "TweU'. Apostles," by which name the ilm«members of the Legislative Council fir--i appointed under the seven years' »>.--', :- in 1892 were known. Three tdln-r. have passed to their long rest, namel Hons. W. Bolt, James Kerr, and W. I. Walker. Three others, the Hons. K. Richardson, W. McCullough, and .T. Mrflregor (the last at his own request) wore not reappointed when their first term expired, and another, Mr. W. T. Jennings, resigned in order to take a more- active part in politics as a member of the popular chamber. The Hon. W. Montgomery resigned his seat. The remaining'three, Hons. J. Rigg, J. R ■Tenkinson, and T. Kelly, are still members of the Council,
