Two gentlemen recently had r dispute as to the amount of stripping that had to bo done after the milking I machine, and one of them offered to "drink all the stoppings" left by the "Lawrencc-Kcnncdy-Gillies" machine on a dozen cows. The offer was accepted. A teacup was procured, and found ample to hold the stoppings, which were as easily swallowed as the hot was won. J, B.
