QUALIFICATION FOR HUNTERS. Races 1, 2, 4, C, and 7 are deemed to be for horses that have been regularly hunted with a recognised pack of hounds, and the Master's certificate for the season 100S must be produced at the scales. Gentlemen Riders only in Races 1, 2, 4, 0, and 7. Emorgcncy Riders' Licenses may be issued on day of Races (fee sa) for these events. DEFINITION OF A HACK.
