! COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. Received 1, 1.5 a.m. Durban, July 31. Dinizulu has been committed for trial. Tlie Natal Parliament has decided upon reopening negotiations with the Imperial Government regarding the question of payment of Dinizulu's salary. Durban, July 30. In the Natal Assembly, Mr. T. F. Carter, Minister for Justice, declared that Dinizulu was not impoverished and assistance for him would be forthcoming if it were needed.
