No heavy traffic will be. allowed to cross the temporary bridge which has been erected over the Waiongona River, Junction Road, near Inglewood Eacon Factory, pend- ' ' ing the building of the new permanent bridge. Heavy traffic for the purpose of this notice means the transportation of any vehicle, engine, or machine which itself, or together with any load being transported thereon or therewith, weighs more than one ton avoirdupois. 2. Only one such vehicle, engine, or machine will be allowed on the bridge at any one time. 3. Light trallic must cross at u rate not exceeding four miles an hour,
