• WASHING DIRTY LINEN. London, July 20. Mills, the betting agent who acted as negotiator between Joel and Sievier, taking £SOOO to Sievier and receiving in return a letter promising Joel freedom from molestation, gave evidence at Sievier's trial to-day. He said He considered Joel had played him a dirty trick in getting him to >«}'• ™ e Lt of setting a trap for Sievier.
